This versatile equipment finds wide application in sterilizing
liquid foods like fruit juices, purees, tea drinks, and milk. By

The Tube in Tube Type Sterilizer is specifically designed for
processing concentrated pastes and high-viscosity materials. It
features a four-layer casing structure and utilizes heated water as
the medium for instant heating and sterilization of the material.
Subsequently, cooling water or ice water is employed to rapidly
cool the sterilized material. The heat exchange medium flows within
the innermost two layers and the outermost layer of the tube,
ensuring maximum heat exchange area and efficiency. This guarantees
uniform internal temperature of the material and thorough
sterilization.
Construction
The entire system is equipped with programmable control, providing
efficient control and management. The operating system features a
user-friendly image-based interface, allowing for intuitive
monitoring of the device's component status. The control system
enables real-time temperature control, acquisition, and storage.

Advantages
Tubular sterilizers are capable of heat recovery and cooling of
materials at the same time. Sufficient heat can be recovered in the
preheating section and the sterilization section. This
sterilization equipment uses multi-stage heating, sterilization and
cooling of liquid or slurry materials to improve the efficiency of
thermal energy usage.
Throughout the sterilization process, material temperature is
controlled in a fully automated manner. The tubular sterilizer
allows the discharge temperature to be controlled according to the
user's needs, and the temperature can be adjusted to the value
required by the sterilization filling machine.
