Principle
The tube sterilizer incorporates a casing structure consisting of
four layers and employs hot water as the heat medium for the
purpose of heating and sterilizing items. Following the
sterilization process, rapid cooling is achieved using either
cooling water or cold water. The heat exchange medium flows through
the two innermost tubes and the outermost tube, while the material
flows in the middle tube in opposite directions. This arrangement
maximizes the heat exchange surface area and efficiency, leading to
a homogeneous internal temperature of the material and
comprehensive sterilization.
Components
The equipment required for this process consists of several
components, including a material tank, a pump, a tubular heat
exchanger, a retainer, a superheated water system, and a control
system. The equipment design incorporates regenerative heat
exchange technology, which enhances heat transfer efficiency and
minimizes energy consumption. This innovative approach enables more
efficient utilization of heat, leading to improved overall
performance and energy savings.
The operating system features an intuitive image-based man-machine
interactive interface, allowing you to easily monitor the
operational status of each component of the device in real-time.
