1. Discharge platform

When fresh tomatoes come in, they are usually loaded onto big trucks and using people to unload them can be a disaster. Therefore, we designed an unloading platform to unload the fresh fruit/tomatoes from the truck using the water cannon while the fresh fruit/tomatoes are transported to the processing line with water. The unloading platform also has the ability to pre-wash fresh fruit/tomatoes before processing.

2. Elevator

This machine is used to delivery fresh fruit from outside the building to inside.

3. Washing

Fresh fruit must be thoroughly washed before crushing. We can use both the bubble machine and the spray washer for washing. If laundry demand is high, more wash steps can be added. In addition, for better cleaning effect, we can add ultrasonic cleaning and ozone cleaning.

4. Sorting

After washing, the surface of the fruit is clean, we can check the situation of all the fruit by human eye, and sort out the bad tomatoes by human.

5. Crushing for tomato processing

It is mainly used for crushing various fruits or vegetables, such as tomatoes, apples, pears, strawberries, celery, etc. It can crush the raw materials into small particles, which can increase the working effect of the next process. 6. Preheating

The heater is used to heat the product after crushing, the temperature is adjustable, usually from 45°C to 85°C. This processing step helps increase the amount of juice in the next step while also preserving the color and flavor of the final product.

7. Pulper and refiner

The machine also runs at 1470 rpm to generate centrifugal force to sieve the product. This helps refine the product. It also typically uses a two-stage pulper and refiner. Each stage has a different screen, the first stage screen is larger and the second stage screen is smaller. A two-stage pulper can achieve a yield of tomato pulp of 90% to 95%. After grinding, separate the tomato skin and seeds from the tomato pulp. The machine has high working efficiency and stable performance. Easy to use and replace screens. Suitable for many kinds of fruits, such as passion fruit, tomatoes, peaches, apricots, mangoes, apples, etc.

8. Evaporating

Vacuum evaporators are used to thicken ketchup under vacuum and at low temperatures. A vacuum evaporator with forced circulation is used here. Because it is done in a vacuum and at a low temperature, the flavor and nutrients are preserved to the maximum. Here, the tomato pulp is allowed to evaporate to produce a tomato paste, typically 28-30% Brix and 36-38% Brix.

9. Sterilizing

Ketchup uses a tube sterilizer to sterilize tubes. Sterilization temperature and holding time are adjustable. This machine is used to heat ketchup to a very high temperature of about 115°C for 30 seconds and then quickly cool it to ambient temperature. In this way you can also protect the testing and nutritional content of the tomato paste as much as possible. The operating system adopts a convenient and intuitive graphical human-machine interface to grasp the working status of each component of the machine.

10. Aseptic Filling

Aseptic filling machines are used in combination with tube-in-tube sterilizers. This is a closed loop. Cycles are fully disinfected prior to production to ensure a sterile environment.
