Principle
The tube sterilizer is designed with a 4-layer casing structure,
utilizing hot water as the heat medium for heating and
sterilization purposes. After sterilization, the items are rapidly
cooled using either cooling water or cold water. The heat exchange
medium flows through the innermost two tubes and the outermost
tube, while the material flows in the middle tube in counter
directions. This configuration ensures maximum heat exchange area
and efficiency, resulting in a uniform internal temperature of the
material and thorough sterilization.
Components
The equipment for this process includes a material tank, a pump, a
tubular heat exchanger, a retainer, a superheated water system, and
a control system. The design of the equipment incorporates
regenerative heat exchange technology, which enhances heat transfer
efficiency and reduces energy consumption. This innovative approach
allows for more effective utilization of heat, resulting in
improved overall performance and energy savings.
The operating system adopts an image man-machine interactive
operation interface, which is convenient for you to intuitively
grasp the running status of each component of the device at any
