Evaporator
Description

continuous vacuum evaporator. The evaporator can be designed and
manufactured according to the exact products from the customer. The
continuous low temperature concentration is processing under vacuum
situation to ensure the minimum loss of the effective constituent
inside.
The main types of evaporator include the forced circulation
evaporator and the falling film evaporator. The forced circulation evaporator is used for concentrating the fruit paste (tomato paste, peach
paste, apricot paste and etc.) and some other products with high
viscosity. And the falling film evaporator is used for concentrating products with low viscosity, for
example: fruit juice, milk etc.
According to different capacity, we have single-effect evaporator, double-effect evaporator, triple-effect evaporator and multi-effect evaporator for different projects. We can manufacture the
evaporating capacity from 1000L to 35000L/hour according to
customers' requirements.
Falling Film Evaporator
The tubular falling film evaporation is to add the liquid to the
upper pipe box of the heating chamber of the falling film
evaporator, and evenly distribute it into the heat exchange tubes
through the liquid distributor, and form a uniform film flow from
top to bottom under the action of gravity and air flow, and flow.
During the process, it is heated and vaporized by the shell-side
heating medium, and the generated steam and the liquid phase enter
the separation chamber of the evaporator, and the vapor-liquid is
sufficiently separated to respectively discharge the secondary
steam and the concentrated liquid.
