Principle

The sterilization system in the pineapple processing line involves transferring the product from the storage tank to the heat exchanger unit. The product is heated to the desired sterilization temperature using superheated water. Throughout this process, strict temperature control is maintained to ensure the quality and safety of the products. Subsequently, the product is cooled to the filling temperature using either cooling or chilled water, depending on the specific requirements.

Prior to the start of each production shift, a comprehensive sterilization process is conducted using ultra-hot water to ensure the entire system, including the aseptic filling machine, is free from any potential contaminants. This "sterilization in place" procedure is crucial for maintaining production safety and hygiene.

At the end of each production shift, a thorough cleaning process is carried out to maintain optimal cleanliness and prevent cross-contamination. This cleaning process involves the use of hot water, lye, and acid to effectively eliminate any residue or impurities that may have accumulated during production.
